Very Open Honest Communications from the start. Tim does the work to for each and every client. He is a people person and is super genuine to all parties, both sellers and buyers. Open honest feed back and is extremely happy to take and advise questions, strategies on board. But most of all I think it’s his professionalism, patience and his general care and the challenge that sets him apart from other agents. This whole process was super enjoyable, easy and the results achieved were record breaking for the area! You owe it to yourself to get in touch with Tim and give him the chance to show the industry how it’s done. I went to 4 agents in the area and I was shocked at how tunnel visioned they were on previous sales and wanting quick results. Then although Tim didn’t really know the area that well at the start. He had fantastic strategies bought in a lot of different clients and certainly was in a hurry to flip the property at a lower price. We had a goal in mind and Tim not only achieved it he bettered it. If I had taken up the other agents offers I would have done myself out of $200k. So I can only praise Tim for his outstanding work and commitment and recommend that you give him the opportunity. A Fantastic, Enjoyable, Easy Process. Thanks Tim.

Tim's understanding of market conditions paired with a relentless work ethic combined to achieve the absolute best result that we could have hoped for. He is one step ahead and on top of everything. We've bought/sold several times along the way and I can say with some certainty that T Gossage is without doubt the best agent we've ever dealt with. Daylight second. We are now clients for life. Thanks again, Tim. 5-Stars.

Tim recently sold us a very special house. As is often the case with a long held and beloved family home, its sale had its challenges, which Tim navigated with thoughtful consideration. His genuine care for the sellers and proactive commitment to ensuring a smooth transition was evident throughout the process. Even with some contractual complexity, we managed to get the deal done and settled within 3 weeks-not a bad effort! We are grateful for the opportunity to love this little gem as much as its last family did, and appreciate the role Tim played in making it happen.
