Taylor Bishop is my nephew but when it comes to family/ selling your most important asset, I still wouldn't choose him if I didn't think he would achieve a better result than another agent. Taylor has sold 3 of my properties and also the last one at 7 Brooker Street being my elderly mother's... i hold Power of Attorney. He has on each sale exceeded my expectations of sale price. By a lot ! I'm a broker and figured I would know best what my property would sell for .. but happy to say that Taylor would work his magic with his incredible negotiation skills and achieve much higher $$$ than I thought possible. Taylor is the great negotiator.. he makes sure it is presented well. Other agents keen to grab their $$$ from the sale might tell you your presentation is fine... but Taylor will help you to show your home in the best possible light knowing that those extra clean ups or decorating can add significant $$$ to the sale price. This was the first time that I met Julio and that he has sold a home for us. From the time I met Julio he was very polite, spoke well and was confident that he could sell a house in an area which is outside of his normal zone. Throughout the process Julian was in constant contact with me, providing me updates at every step of the way including prior and after opens and also after making follow up contacts with potential buyers. When Julian spoke to me about an interested buyer it seemed that this property was not suited to them for various reasons. Within a few days Julian had convinced the buyers that this property was a good fit for them and had a contract to us within a few days. Julian and Rob both ensured that the contract negotiation was a smooth process, and was able to get us a figure that we were happy with.
