Albert went above and beyond in selling my property. It took several months to sell my property after initially being passed in at auction. He could have sold it many times for a lower price, which would have been the easy option for him. However, Albert was convinced that the property was worth more. He never stopped believing in the property and he never stopped working it hard until he was able to achieve a higher price - a price higher than what I had expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending Albert and I have already done so. I can speak speak too highly of how good Albert is.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
