I had engaged him post demonstrated referral in my network, and with my unexpected relocation back to Canberra, and trying to sell my residential property post a prior unsuccessful campaign (numerous reasons) with a different independent agent/group. Over a period of approx 5 months, he successfully landed me an acceptable offer of sale which had taken me over 14 months to achieve.
