Although I had to withdraw the apt from sale during the initial campaign due to unexpected building works at the site, based on that initial experience with Gillian, I had no hesitation in re-engaging her again when the works were completed. Gillian is a total professional who understands the local market, understands potential buyer market and provides sound advice as to appropriate marketing and price guides. She has natural people skills which are demonstrated to both buyer and seller. As a seller I was kept fully informed at all times in relation to the marketing campaign and feedback from open days. Gillian's documentation is meticulous so that there can never be any confusion. Gillian was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my new apartment. As I was interstate and unable to inspect the property in person when it came onto the market, she kindly offered to walk me through the apartment via FaceTime. She diligently turned on all the lights, appliances, air conditioning, and taps, and opened every cupboard so I could virtually inspect everything thoroughly.
