I was able to sell my apartment off market with Alex's connections and wealth of knowledge in the western suburbs. Fil was a bit pushy and gave the impression that she was working on behalf of the other party (as the buyer was a recurrent investor). Her agency was also managing the rental side of it with poor results. Her colleague Paige was absolutely useless. Fil ended up selling the property for the fund and that's why we are giving her 4 out of 5 stars.
