Our experience with Gavin is someone who will go above and beyond for both client whether they are buying or selling, he will find the time for you. My wife and I have found Gavin very pleasant and helpful, especially at a point in our lives where we were buying of first home together and guided us through a process than can be stressful and daunting. His knowledge and advice proved very invaluable when receiving the keys for our new home. While that is a small part it goes to show how dedicated he is to ensure the best outcome for all parties. Should we need the services of Real Estate Agent again Gavin has given us more confidence to deal with any situation and agent we meet. However, he will always be the first on our list for people to go to. The result we got was better than we expected. We highly recommend Gavin and the Elite Agency when you decide to buy and sell.

It was wonderful to have you with us on this journey at a difficult time with mum transitioning to a nursing home, and the subsequent sale of her home. Working with Yhoden Gyamfi for the sale of my house was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Yhoden demonstrated exceptional local market knowledge and executed a brilliant campaign that brought in genuine buyer interest in this difficult market. His communication style is seamless; he was always easily accessible, highly responsive, and kept me updated constantly so I never had to chase him for answers. When it came to the final campaign stretch, his sharp negotiation skills and absolute professionalism shone through. He went above and beyond to look after my interests, making the entire sales process stress free and smooth. I highly recommend Yhoden to anyone looking for a dedicated real estate agent.

We recently sold my mother’s house and were incredibly fortunate to have Yhoden as our estate agent. From start to finish, Yhoden went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care were outstanding throughout the entire sale. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he were always available to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. In fact, even our solicitors commented on how lucky we were to have such an exceptional agent representing us. That speaks volumes about the level of service and dedication Yhoden provides. I would highly recommend Yhoden to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your hard work, support, and commitment to achieving a fantastic outcome for our family.
