5 other units in my 14-unit townhouse block were sold by the Cakmak Brothers in the past 8 years. Most achieved outstanding outcomes, and I only heard positive feedback from the neighbors about their selling process. So when my wife and I decided to sell our unit we undoubtedly contacted the Cakmak Brothers. We entrusted the brothers to sell our investment property as well, so they have helped us sell two properties almost simultaneously. Throughout the one-and-a-half-month marketing campaign, Dan has talked to me nearly daily with clear and open communication on marketing updates, buyers’ activities, and the next move. This gives us peace of mind as a vendor not having to speculate on the market movement which saves us a lot of stress. I observed that the Cakmak Brothers possess a unique synergy prowess – they complement each other in skill and strength (and humor) to make us feel that they are all in this process for our benefit as if they are selling their own home. Small details like getting involved in photo shooting and practical tips for presenting our home tell it all. In a nutshell, the whole selling journey was pleasant and enjoyable to us. We think the Cakmak Brothers are the Best-in-Class in the real estate world. What a gem and we were lucky and blessed to have engaged them in sailing through this exciting chapter of our life. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the Cakmak Brothers did secure us an outstanding selling price despite the current buyer’s market.
