Jane's knowledge of the market, strategies and style is unsurpassed. I have sold a few places in Sydney over the years, but i have never seen an agent get a property ready for market to the degree, speed and scale of what Jane was able to do. I think she has some kind of super human powers as a project manager, to juggle all that was done. The house transformation that occurred in just 3 weeks was simply phenomenal. Jane handled the many queries, buyers and a few last minute hurdles with professionalism, and always communicated progress and updates with me. In the end 19 contracts went out and the interest was so high that the auction was brought forward. An amazing result was achieved with the final price well over my reserve. I doubt this result would have be reached without Jane's vision, drive and project management skills. The team behind the scenes was just as impressive, with her son James Garwood by her side, and a whole a list of 'can do' tradies, legal and administrative personnel.
