He also went out of his way to assist to go through the renovation process and securing good tenancy for the property. He is not pushy, he never rushed us at any stage of the process. He is very honest and reliable willing to go the extra yard. He is also very clear, open in his communications and posses an excellent knowledge of the local market and the procedures.
