Fan Li was very professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and efficient, and everything went smoothly. I’m very happy with the outcome and would recommend him to others.

Fan lives for fist pumps and high fives on a job well done and record sales price. He doesn't want to just help clients get the best price possible but he makes it his mission! This guy is driven! He isn't satisfied until you are satisfied as a seller. Robert Sapolsky says dopamine is not about the pursuit of happiness but rather about the happiness of the pursuit. I saw this clearly in action with Fan when he was pursuing a record sale price for my property. I have had agents before who can't wait to get rid of you or just prevaricate when they want your property off their books so they can close out and move on. Not Fan! Fan is a strategist and a perfectionist. Don't ignore his advice. He reads the market well and also has experience with all sorts of buyer behavior and personality. He is on your side so that you don't have to worry about principal-agent information asymmetry. When he gives advice, you should listen. Work with him and don't laze off. In the end, it will pay off. Just a few days from the start of the campaign and gauging from the level and types of interest, he recommended me a great strategy moving forward with the sale. I am happy that I went with Fan took his advice!

Fan and team are very knowledgeable about the market, setting realistic expectations. They are also very professional and responsive to questions. Always there to help.

I had a fantastic experience with Jamal Ishac and the team at Century 21 Partners. Jamal demonstrated excellent communication and calm, professional negotiation skills throughout the entire process. He handled discussions thoughtfully and helped both the buyer and seller reach a final agreement that worked for everyone. His professionalism, patience, and commitment made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Jamal and the Century 21 Partners team for their outstanding service.

Jamal was very good to deal with, he made the process very easy.

Jamal and Nancy were amazing with their service, I was pleased with the attention to detail and the quick response they had with their dealings. They sold our property in the 1st open house and the follow up was very helpful. I will recommend their service to anyone, either wanting to buy or sell a property as you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Jamal, Nancy and the team for making our deal a success.
