While I knew Russell was the agent for the vendor, the level of care and investment he showed me, made me feel like he was my agent too. There wasn’t a question he wasn’t able or willing to answer, a request he wasn’t able to.make happen, and all with his friendly demeanour. I’d happily work with Russell again and recommend him to anyone.
