Brian was constantly in contact with us right from the beginning. He was straight up with us and had done extensive research on the market before we had our first meeting. We set the price and how to best approach our sale over a couple of meetings and came to a decision that in my mind was as perfect as it could be. During this whole process Brian and his wife were expecting a baby but he still attacked this sale with everthing he had. Kip was very pleasant to deal with and was prompt in responding to my messages. He was helpful in answering any of my questions. Kip tried to assist me with the purchase of a smaller home, but he didn't have any properties that were suitable for me. As he advised me, it was difficult to purchase another property when it is subject to sale, as sellers were wanting deals and for me, I was competing against first home buyers. Overall, he did a great job! I can definitely recommend him.
