My partner and I had been saving up for a while and finally got the go ahead from our mortgage broker to start looking for houses! I found one of Phil’s properties but he said he has a new one on offer that he thought might suit us better! I wasn’t too sure about this one but we went and the pictures didn’t do it justice! Phil was great at communicating efficiently as we had two inspections in the space of a couple of days as we really liked it! From there we put down our first ever offer and successfully got it!
