He gave excellent advice on keeping to the schedule of the marketing and a realistic price guide. The people taking photos, preparing paperwork were extremely professional and did an excellent job. He kept in touch with the numbers that attended open houses. Updates were weekly with feedback on what the viewers thought. I was very happy with outcome of the sale. Michael gave 110% to the sale of the Property. I can and would highly recommend Micheal.
