Onboarding: Yogi and Supreet were kind, helpful and trustworthy from our first meeting. After watching their sales since purchasing my property, I noticed their results spoke for themselves. I reached out to arrange a meeting. I didn’t feel pressured to sign with them. They walked me through the whole process. As a young, female investor it was important to feel transparency and respect from my agents. Open homes and marketing: Both Yogi and Supreet went above and beyond. Keeping me in the loop without having to prompt them. Taking initiative to generate interest rather than relying on open homes alone. Negotiating with potential buyers. Assisting with access for repairs, providing insight regarding which improvements were worth it vs wouldn’t impact sale price. I really appreciated their hard work. Main points of difference I felt: - Allowed for open discussions to hear my ideas and give their valued insights. - Assisting with home improvement suggestions, respecting my budget. - I didn’t feel pressured or obligation to sign with them after our initial meeting. - Open communication without having to prompt them. - Adaptable to change and suggestions from the seller where appropriate. The market definitely took a turn once I listed my property due to budget and tax change announcements. Despite this, they were able to adapt and achieve an outcome I was really happy with.
