Carman is very professional, experienced agent, who knew the local market, responded on time and listened to you. She was unhurried and gave us time to prepare property for sale, took excellent marketing pictures, and advised on staging as well. She wrote an excellent marketing brief which truly reflected the essence and highlights of the property. She is relaxed and thoughtful communicator and negotiator meeting the needs of both the buyer and seller. It was a very pleasant experience for me and would highly recommend her everyday of the week and twice on Sundays!!

So glad we came across Lincoln on a brochure. As soon as he came to give us an appraisal we were convinced he was the right agent for us.
