We bought our first apartment with Ben and he truly made it such a seamless and positive experience. He was unbelievably helpful, setting up inspections after hours, finding us a conveyancer who could help us within the day and working with us late into the night to get our bid in. He was super knowledgeable about the area and the building that we were buying into, and was transparent throughout the bidding process so that we knew our bids were genuinely competitive. Even after the sale he came in person to help us fix a broken door - the man works hard!
