Jo responded quickly to our enquiry, arranged a viewing to suit us at short notice, answered our questions, and negotiated a contract that was agreeable to both parties. Jo reduced a potentially complicated arrangement to a much simpler and straightforward outcome for both parties. We might have preferred more detail in the handover prior to settlement, due to the complexities in the infrastructure of the home (water filters, retic and grey water filter system, hot water system, monitoring solar power system), and work that the builder needed to complete, as it was a very new home. This was largely due to constraints being experience by the vendor. On balance, we were very satisfied with the outcome, and we thank Jo for her diligence, especially as it was her first sale transaction.
