We couldn't believe how quickly though, we didn't even need to go on the open market. Troy showed some buyers agents through, & we got over what we were hoping for on the very first day. So we definitely rate Troy as one of the finest, honest, hardworking agents, we have ever met. And he's not a bad bloke as well.
