Very professional and knew the market well.

If you’re selling in Albany… Then listen carefully! After 365 days on the market and utter frustration with our original agent, we called Louise and asked for her assistance with the sale. Louise provided us with a sensible strategy, professional advice and a result that far exceeded our expectations and in a fraction of the time we had previously been on the market. The words that instantly spring to my mind when I think about our recent dealings with Louise D'Addario are; ‘A consummate professional and genuine integrity’. We have purchased and sold a number of properties so we are well placed to comment on the many ways a sales process can occur and we certainly struck gold when we appointed Louise. Louise went above and beyond the call of duty for us on EVERY level. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart and the feedback we received was regular (both verbal and written) and truly honest which saw us with an asking price that attracted competition through the extensive marketing recommendations, promptly resulting in increased buyer interest and multiple offers. Louise guided us every step of the way, we felt like we were dealing with a caring friend throughout the entire process. If you want the most personable, honest, reliable, courteous and caring agent in Albany that gets the results you need; Then you simply MUST give Louise D'Addario a call, she is simply the best!

a very comprehensive real estate agent and quality staff.
