I worked mostly with Jade and Jacqui but the review for Jemma is the only one that was offered so this is a review all three of them. They were very professional and lovely to work with. They assisted with access to the property before settlement and helped to fix identified issues very quickly. Communication was very prompt and they were all very happy to help up until settlement. After that, despite some issues with keys, my concerns were ignored. So although seeming very helpful, perhaps not as genuine as it seemed.

Jemma was helpful, prompt and professional. This was the smoothest property transaction I've been involved with, due in no small measure to Jemma and her team.
