Selling my home for the first time felt rushed, and several requests I made regarding the property description were overlooked. While attendance at open inspections continued to increase, the market itself was clearly readjusting. As a result, I did not feel fully supported in making a considered and informed decision that aligned with my own objectives as the seller. Ultimately, the property sold for what I believe was a fair price. However, my concerns relate not to the outcome, but to the process. With better communication, greater consideration of my preferences, and less pressure throughout negotiations, I believe the overall experience could have been handled more effectively.
