Tim was willing to back himself and, unlike our other experiences where we paid for advertising twice with no result through another agent, we didn't have to pay Tim anything unless he sold it. Well, we didn't have long to wait, within less than 5 days on the market he had a contract for us at our asking price. Tim's communication and professionalism are second to none and he really worked hard for us. He even managed to sell our buyers property within days when their finance was originally rejected. I have, and will continue to, refer Tim to anyone needing a great Real Estate agent that they can trust. Every person I have referred so far has had the same fantastic experience. Brent was absolutely fantastic with the sale of my current home, as well as instrumental in helping me find another property. A seamless and focused experience. Oh, and I also have note that he is one of the very few Agents I've ever worked with who actually returns your calls! There is no way that I would ever hesitate in recommending Brent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional Agent. To be honest, I need to also flag that Judy and Andrea at Coastal were amazing in my recent dealings. They all operate as an impressive and legitimate team. Absolutely a ten out of ten experience, and can't rate them more highly.
