I sent a long time reviewing who I used as my agent , who where getting results , who were really active in my area, who had that X factor, who had some understanding on how the owner wanted this process to go to minimise their stress and what caused that , and really results on negotiation for me. Both Lisa Marie and Daniel were great and didn’t waiver from their commitment to the way I wanted to sell and what buttons they could push and what they couldn’t . I really appreciated that. I would not hesitate to recommend, they are great at their job and set a high standard . I thank them for getting me thru this process.
Lisa Marie was helpful, polite and always willing to show us the property we eventually purchased. We felt that we could trust her and she displayed a good knowledge of the property and the area. Her local experienced certainly is helpful. Notwithstanding that Lisa Marie was acting for the vendors we felt we ha a good rapport and that she kept to her word...we bought the property say no more!

I adore Lisa-Marie and she has been a delight to work with. Our purchase of Wandevan is a highly emotional decision which involves our extended family. It is a truly pivotal decision for us as a family and Lisa-Marie has been respectful, considered and honest in all aspects of this process, which is such a breath of fresh air. We trust her so much we have asked her to sell both our family homes as well, and it is wonderful to know we have someone so caring, knowledgable and trustworthy on our side. If you are looking for an agent who has heart, who is smart, and who takes her client's sales and purchases on as if they are her own, then I highly recommend Lisa-Marie.
