Selling a house in today’s market isn’t easy, especially with unpredictable conditions and rising interest rates. But Sourav and his team at Goldfish Real Estate made it happen! A huge thank you to Sourav, who managed to sell my property in just one week at a really good price, even in such a challenging market. What impressed me the most was that everything he promised, he delivered. No false promises, just genuine effort, honesty and great results. I really appreciate the hard work and support from Sourav and the entire Goldfish Real Estate Ballarat team. If you’re thinking of selling your property, I would definitely recommend speaking to Sourav at Goldfish Real Estate. He knows what he’s doing, keeps his word and works hard to get the best possible outcome for his clients. Thanks again to Sourav and the whole team.

Sourav has been such a great realtor. He has gone beyond limits and assisted me with inspecting, choosing, telling the flaws and giving an opinion that is usually missing when buying properties from Agencies. A Big Thank you to Sourav for assisting me with my first home!

I cannot recommend Mayan highly enough! From the very beginning to the successful sale of our property, Mayan went above and beyond in every possible way. What truly sets Mayan apart is his genuine dedication, professionalism, and personal approach. Selling a property can be a stressful and emotional experience, but Mayan made the entire journey so much easier with his constant support, patience, and reassurance. His communication was absolutely outstanding. He was always just a phone call or message away, no matter how small the question or concern. He always made time to listen, explain things clearly, and resolve any issues promptly. At no point did I feel that I was just another client. He genuinely cared about my situation and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for me. It is rare to come across someone who combines such a high level of professionalism with genuine kindness and commitment. Mayan didn't just do his job; he consistently went the extra mile, and that made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. If you are looking for a property agent who is trustworthy, approachable, hardworking, and genuinely has your best interests at heart, Mayan is the person you want by your side. Thank you, Mayan, for making such an important chapter in our lives a positive experience. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. Highly, highly recommended!

Brad has made purchasing our home very smooth and easy, any questions we had he answered as soon as possible, We were tennants in the house we bought so a for sale sign was not put up, however we wanted the photo opportunity of putting the sold sticker on the sign and he has made that happen for us. Would absolutely use Brad again for any real estate needs, he is very knowledgeable and has many contacts to assist with conveyancing, etc

I had a very positive experience working with Brad during the sale of my home. He was professional, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Brad kept me informed, answered my questions and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I really appreciated his support, patience and professionalism from start to finish. I would happily recommend Brad to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you, Brad, for all your help with the sale of my home.

John was a wonderful communicator for whom nothing was too much. He knows his market and went out of his way to be helpful. For anyone looking for a home in the region John Hadley would have to be your man.
