Eddie Eyou was supremely professional and prepared for any eventuality. We felt his steady hand steering the process from start to finish. Everything he said WOULD happen, DID happen. He was extremely communicative, providing regular and detailed updates. He contacted us almost every day by telephone or email and he even set up a special Whatsapp chat where we could communicate at all hours. He was available 24 hours a day and no message or question from us ever went without a response or answer for more than a few minutes. He made sure we knew what was coming and he made sure we were prepared for it and understood it. He went above and beyond to make sure the property was marketed to as many people as possible, setting extra 'open house' inspection times every week and making one on one appointments to show the property whenever it was required. He pulled out all stops to ensure the property was prominent online throughout the marketing campaign. He travelled far out of his way to meet with us regularly to discuss important events and get our instructions regarding critical matters. He worked hard to manage our expectations and not let us lose touch with reality. The team he had working with him also deserves much credit. Whether it was the Auctioneer, the team who took the photos and put together the digital marketing or the support crew present on the day of Auction.
