We have been dealing with real estates for 20 years for 2 investment properties in Caboolture and I can attest that Moriarty Real Estate are head and shoulders above any we have come across. They have a brilliant knowledge of the area and the market and will go above and beyond in their endeavours to get you the best possible outcome. I honestly wish we had found these guys much sooner but am happy to have found them when we did to sell and manage both properties. The second property that they sold for us was in July and Marie had given us an estimated appraisal which she achieved the very top end of her valuation and even more incredibly had got this offer before we made it home on our drive back to Sydney which was so good we accepted! We were absolutely thrilled with these results and cannot thank them enough! Fantastic family business from Marie to her husband Sean and daughter Charlotte, they all were amazing to deal with! Thank you guys!

We bought our first home from Marie way back in 2015 after being impressed by her helpful, honest and direct approach. So when it was time for us to sell our home recently, it was a given who we would use. We were even more impressed with Marie's service in the selling process (as well as Sean and Charlotte). Marie gave us great advice on what had to be fixed/touched up/rearranged for the best outcome and minimal spend and she remained cool, calm and collected even as we rushed out of the house minutes before open homes. She kept us informed every step of the way and our house was sold in six weeks for more money than we expected - an awesome result, thanks Marie!!

It was a real pleasure to work with Marie and her team. With her experience about how to have your property ready for sale and her trusted trades people standing by, the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner with great results. Marie answered all emails and messages promptly with any queries I had. My property was such that it sold after the first inspection and a price I was very very happy with. Would recommend Marie and her Team highly for a professional job done really well, above my expectations for a property sale. Thank you.
