In our local area, two agents clearly stand out. One is known for high visibility and a big media presence. Then there’s Matt — approachable, genuine, and deeply committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients. We initially planned to sell the property ourselves. I was very keen on the ‘for sale by owner’ approach, believing it would give us the best return. But with limited time and a home that was ready for market, we decided to give Matt a go. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Despite a tight timeframe, Matt launched a sharp and professional campaign without the high marketing costs. The photography was beautiful and the online listing stood out far above others, including those with big advertising budgets. Where Matt really shines is in negotiation. He’s strategic, measured and has a real talent for creating buyer interest and emotional connection. He’s also completely transparent, which builds trust and keeps the process calm and clear for everyone involved. He timed the open perfectly, and within days had secured a fantastic offer (one of many) with excellent terms. The result far exceeded what we believed was possible. When factoring in what we thought we’d save selling privately, and what Matt achieved for us, the net benefit was significantly in our favour — and we avoided the stress entirely. Matt is not in it for show. He is there to deliver outstanding results for sellers and to help buyers find homes they truly value. His assistant , Trish was prompt and kept us constantly in the loop. She ensured the background optics ran smoothly and made herself available to suit our schedule in terms of building and pest inspections, pre settlement viewings and being present for services. They make a great team and operate as a clearly experienced, well oiled machine. We highly recommend Matt and his team and beyond happy with the result and process.

We were really impressed by Matt's knowledge and professionalism. He made the entire process run smoothly and kept us informed from day one. He and Trish make a formidable team and we highly recommend them.
