Patrick proved to be an effective agent: energetic and hard working. He was accessible and gave clear feed back. His confident and straight-talking style meant we knew where we stood. We appreciated his flair for arranging objects, making best use of spaces. His knowledge of the market and how it functions was clear and he operates within those parameters. The unique qualities of this property did challenge the conventional market driven approach, however. Ultimately the sale of the house was smoothly managed.
