Shane's advice was spot on! He was always available, keep in constant contact and was able to answer all our questions. In an uncertain market with rising interest rates and cost of living increases, he was able to present our house and attract exactly the right buyers. On auction day we had nine registered bidders and our house sold for a street record. We can't recommend Shane enough.
