Friendly and efficient service

From the start to the end everything was handled by Brian in an efficient and friendly manner and no question was too much. It was really good to have this level of service as I have just arrived in Western Australia and I was able to feel assured and confident. It was also very thoughtful of Brian to leave a gift that was customised as Brian went to the trouble to personalise it by including natural products as he knew I valued that. Likewise, he was also very happy to assist and came back to the house to address any questions I had.
