She patiently answered all my questions over calls and WeChat, even at night, and was always flexible with inspection times when we couldn’t make the original ones. What we a love most is that Alice isn’t a pushy salesperson. She truly hopes each buyer finds a home that suits them. After we bought my place, she even surprised us with a flower bouquet and helped take photos to celebrate — you can really feel that she’s genuinely happy for her buyers. Even after the purchase, Alice is still helping us. There were a few small defects with the house, and she is willing to help get in touch with the builder to get them fixed.
