So right from the start Shane arranged everything for me, explaining it all & making sure I understood the plan. I didn’t have to do a thing. The unit was styled & looked stunning & the open inspections were very successful. After each open Shane would ring me & give me a verbal run down of the groups that came through followed by an email with all the details. It was not unusual for Shane to be contacting me well into the evening still hard at work. He genuinely loves interacting with people & enjoys & loves what he does & it shows. By the time the sale ended Shane had met nearly all of the other owners in our Strata group, purely because he is a friendly person genuinely interested in other people. He was absolutely the right personality to be handling the sale of my property . He is a skilled negotiator & will get the absolute best price for your property with gentle but skilled negotiation. I would thoroughly recommend Shane - he made the sale of my property so easy, a breeze. I’m very happy to speak to anyone wanting further information, it would be a pleasure to recommend Shane.
