I met Kris & Amanda at the open inspection for our (now) new home. Both Kris & Amanda were friendly and very approachable. They were both knowledgeable, answering all of our property questions. We felt very confident putting in an offer and were quickly responded to at the promised time. We particularly liked how easy it was to contact the team between offer to settlement. They didn’t just get the sale and disappear. They accommodated our requests for access to the property during this period and were present each time even providing suggestions on things we might consider. They were extremely transparent and always forthcoming with the info we wanted and extra info they thought we might need. The experience as a whole has been extremely smooth. We felt looked after throughout the whole process and are now busy setting up our new home!

I had my home listed with Harcourts for 8-10 weeks. Very poor attitude and commitment to selling my home with her fielding offers of high 7's to mid 8's with Melissa telling me to find another agent if I wished. I took up the offer and engaged Adam as I was interested in a property he had. He put the home on his website and within 24 hours I had a signed contract. Him and his team go above and beyond for the seller with great communication, bringing a professional standard second to none to the table. Very easy going and doesn't talk any shit like the prior agency. I couldn't recommend the Adam Charlton realty team any higher.
