One can't overstate Hamish's qualities as a real estate agent and as a person. I've always assumed it was some sort of industry norm for real estate agents to be intimidating, rude, disingenuous and/or robotic to talk to. That belief was pleasantly shattered with Hamish; he was a pleasure to communicate with, professional, knowledgeable about the market & the property and always quick to respond to & patient with all my questions (and there were many).
