We spoke with a couple of real estate agents before deciding to go with Troy, who was highly recommended by a friend. Troy was able to tell us why some properties in our area sold for the price they did and how our property compared to those. Troy also gave us useful advice and his opinion on auction versus private sale. We had moved interstate when our house was on the market and Troy did a great job ensuring our house was presented at its best, including dealing with an unexpected complication from some heavy rain. Communication was great. Troy keep us informed of the amount of interest after each inspection and we were as well informed as we could have been when it came time to set the auction reserve. We achieved a price better than expected, and certainly at the very top of the achievable range.
