To anyone who is looking to buy the property, be ready for roller coaster of emotions. There are ways of entering market but get ready to face unexpected situations. From loosing at auction multiple times, trough inspections with eighty other people, pushed prices, burned down neighbor property week before purchase and so on so forth. My partner and I had wish to buy our dream place for a while now. It may be the one that from 20+ inspections you inspected in 60 seconds. Took a brochure and left to next. “It’s out of our reach” we may though. When emotions are gone and clear head can start to process some facts. Universe will give you signs people could say. It can be tiring process going trough the communication, negotiation and execution. But here comes Adrian. Lovely handshake, few questions and reassurance that we stay in touch. Couple days later my phone was ringing. Asking how are we, how do we feel and if we still have an interest in this gorgeous top floor renovated double bed. I was at work and my head was somewhere completely else. Being first time home buyers could be overwhelming but do your homework and get ready for unexpected. Adrian gave us a sign, guys if we push today it can be yours tonight. After multiple phone calls and right calculated offer we got our “congratulations” phone call later on that same day. Almost burst into tears thinking how this just happened. Adrian didn’t waste his time or our time and his smooth communication guided us trough whole purchase. My property purchasing adventure over the last 6 months has been really tough, particularly in the areas I was looking at initially. After many months of frustrating conversations and mishaps with real estate agents, I completely switched gears and headed over to emu plains (more than a 30 minute drive from where I was initially searching for property), and was greeted by a lovely man named Justin Cohen. From the moment Justin introduced himself, I could feel his genuineness. In a way I was a little stunned, as I'd never dealt with an agent who was so kind and honest. As days went by and we communicated more, I began to appreciate the amount of knowledge he had, particularly in the local area. Which brought my jitters to an ease, as this area is quite foreign to me, and i could certaintly use every bit of knowledge that could be given. As we got closer to settling on the property, he made sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible, and did a fantastic job in guiding me through it all. From my last minute phone calls asking to visit the property, to seeking clarifications from the sellers, Justin was always on the ball and did everything he could to help me out. It was very clear he wanted me to be as happy and as comfortable as possible (properties these days ain’t cheap!!!). Absolutely lovely humain being. Thank you very much for everything Justin! Andre
