Scott’s communication is second to none and his passion for the industry is evident. It is said that you should buy with your head not your heart, but deciding to sell any property is still an emotional business and I wanted to 'get it right'. Calling Scott was the obvious first step, having worked with him on two other property transactions, and I had every confidence in him from start to finish. Scott definitely has a strategy that works. He says it as it is, makes recommendations without pressure, has built a solid team around him (Dyanne is a superstar), and leaves nothing to chance. He knows how to attract the right buyers at the right time and can read the room, which has translated once again to a result well beyond what I thought possible.
