As an Invester i bought propperty in Tocumwal from Rob Crow Realestate it was an easy process within weeks they placed well vetted tennants into the family home. Five years passed with a couple of issue's sorted via great Realestate Team as locals they have a sales office fully staffed and open durring bussiness hrs... suitable if you wish as a local to simply walk or travel in to pay your rent etc this is big in a Country Town. Yes there are other Realestate agents in the area but established not so much. After 5 years Tenants bought ther own property i beleave from Rob crow and moved out leaving the property in great condition so i decide to sell Charlise turned up and after a fair period sold the place at my asking price.
