I know nothing about how real estate deals go and as I was using a Buyers Agent, I was looking at Cayla as "The Other Party" and had the idea in my head that she would be looking out for her clients best interest rather than mine but I was surprised to see that she also had my best interests in mind too. While negotiating the deal Cayla was incredibly professional and answered all my question very promptly and relayed info to my agent and myself very quickly. I was never waiting more than a few hours for her to research info and get it to me. As a result the whole experience was much better than I expected. Cayla is clearly an asset to her agency and her level of professionalism is what buyers like me hope to encounter.
