From the moment my wife and I hired Johnny Nguyen to sell our house, We felt really comfortable and confident that the house will sell in no time even though the price of houses were going down and the market was slow. Johnny provided us with fantastic customer service, such as great communication, advising us were he is at, what he has done and what he is going to do. Johnny organised for a photographer to come out and take pictures. I must say that they are terrific pictures and 4 days later was published on Real estate. These pictures was seen by a potential buyer which lead to contracts being signed 3 days later at the maximum price it was advertised for. The house didn't even make the 1st open house inspection. That's how fast it sold. With Johnny's help, we managed to get more than what we expected. Johnny is also a very good friend of mine and always has a fantastic manner and a terrific bloke to talk to as a friend. I rate Johnny's services 10 out of 10. I recently sold my property with the help of Samuel Shooter and his team and the whole process was smooth, made easy for me and I had lots of communication throughout from his team. I am currently living overseas and SJ Shooter have been managing my property the last few years, after I was disappointed by another local agent. All my experiences with the SJ Shooter team have really impressed me through both the property management and sales processes. From setting up a zoom when I was in Kenya for what works would be required for better rental prospects, to updating us after every sales inspection even when we were still overseas. The price Samuel achieved was in line with the expectations he had suggested, which had surprised me initially as being higher than I was expecting. We even had our first offer fall through but still managed the same price with another buyer. And Samuel was able to help organize a few extra requests from the buyer, as well as suggesting a local lawyer who could help me with the sale as well. I have no hesitation recommending SJ Shooter Real Estate, and I would definitely use them if I was in the market again.
