Penny and her team have all been amazing. The communication and coordination of the process was seamless, and her knowledge of the area proved invaluable. Penny was available whenever we needed and was quick to action everything that needed doing. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful for her help and support, and we would be delighted to use her again. We were aware that STR’s time in the market was very much in its infancy compared to other agencies. We had hoped that any shortfall in length of presence in market would be made up for by a more personalised and dedicated approach. This is exactly what we experienced and if we had our time over we wouldn’t do anything differently. We are very grateful for all the hard work from Penny and her team and have no hesitation in recommending her again. Thank you!
