Cathy was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions (we only met Cathy once). I felt that Cathy was a little hesitant to try to negotiate a better price for us but was probably just following the vendors instructions. Cathy’s assistant, Trish, was lovely to deal with, efficient and very helpful.
