Troys wealth of knowledge exceeded my expectations when i was both buying and selling...communication is key and i was kept informed of every development along the way from both Troy and his exceptional team. If i need to do it all again would choose Troy and his team everytime.

We found Troy Graham to be very approachable and knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale of our house.Troy's years of experience and his eagerness to get on with the job resulted in a quick sale for us ,and the communication through the whole process was excellent. We would recommend Troy in both selling and buying of realestate to anyone.

I can’t recommend Troy, highly enough! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly had my best interests at heart. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question clearly, and guided me through each step of the process with confidence and care. What really stood out was his responsiveness and attention to detail—no matter how small the concern, Troy was always quick to respond and proactive in finding solutions. His expertise in the market made a huge difference, and I felt fully informed and supported the entire time. Buying/selling a home can be stressful, but Troy made the experience smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is honest, dedicated, and truly excellent at what they do, look no further. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

Had knowledge of area pricing & turnover of property time selling in Warnes Bay Area.

I could phone at any time. Brendan gave me good advice on choosing to go with any offer. He kept me well n informed. All round comfortable and happy experience.

Brendan and the team at Creer just sold my mum’s villa after 5 days on the market. His honest approach to sales is what makes both, vendors and purchasers feel at ease. No pressure, fantastic communication and professionalism every step of the way. This isn’t the first property our family have listed with him over the years and I would never use any other agent.

Amazing response time from Initial call to First meeting to view and discuss options for the Sale of Property, working with tight timeframe to get property on the market, always contactable and showed excellent knowledge of local property market supplying helpful information during the whole process, couldn’t of been more helpful during the Sale process from the Open House inspections and keeping us updated the whole time with any information we required, totally Professional service and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Being first time sellers it was important we had an agent we felt we could trust. We found this with Tim as he put us at ease being friendly yet professional in his approach and kept us informed during the entire process. Tim offered insightful and realistic recommendations and was open to our own suggestions and goals. A great outcome was achieved with the price, the timing of the sale and the experience.

This is the second time that Tim and Harcourts Newcastle/Maitland have helped me sell a home. I cannot fault Tim for his kindness, attentiveness and, most importantly, his selling acumen. The pre-sale advice was spot on, and by open house day, my home sparkled. It sold four days later for a great price. In my experience, Tim gets the best result for the vendor and does so in a friendly and transparent way, so that both buyer and seller feel valued and that they're getting a good deal. Tim Lojsczyk is simply the best.
