In general, issues were dealt with on time and with satisfactory results. Communication is direct (John calls you up) and efficient. John also managed the sale of our property in a difficult market (late 2024) and were happy with how this was managed. For instance, during the selling process we found issues that should have been dealt with by the previous agent(s) but were not. John interacted with the original builder of the property and had things fixed within a week. We were impressed. John and his team are courteous and pleasant to work with.
