Elizabeth always listened to me and provided great advice throughout the process, and I felt that it was a good collaboration. When the market started cooling off, she included a marketing innovation with artist impression of possible renovations. Despite the rapid cooling in the market, she managed to find the perfect buyers and negotiate for a better offer from them, one that met my conditions. I would highly recommend Elizabeth: she is warm, mature, professional, and friendly and she went above my expectations with my sale.
