Not only does he have excellent market knowledge and provided us with honest and realistic guidance regarding the value of the property, he was also extremely helpful in organising various tradies and even supervising them on my behalf while I was away on a business trip for a week. Before I start, I may be a hard marker but 4 stars is very good, to get 5 in my books is a near impossibility... We forced ourselves into an accelerated sale and Steve was very helpful in getting us the assistance we needed to finish a major reno in a couple of months. Steve was also battling our unrealistic expectations from all the other agents bidding for the work. As background Steve also put in the hard yards over many years by providing insights into the market and our options. The fact that he was not a late blow-in was why we selected him to be our agent.
