Leon came to the first meeting well prepared, able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the market, our area, and realistically what we could hope to achieve in the sale of our townhouse. Throughout the entire sales process, he was communicative, had a clear marketing and sales strategy, and was quick to provide us with updates. He also helped to arrange for a handyman for minor fixes prior to listing, and put us in touch with a great staging company. Importantly, not only did the process go extremely smoothly for us a first time sellers, we were also extremely impressed by his management of multiple offers/buyers in helping us to obtain the best possible sale price.
