Taj was my key contact when selling. He kept me updated and fully informed following open homes and when offers were being made on the house. Prior to putting on the market he provided recommended suppliers to do minor improvements or cleaning which he actively managed taking pressure off me. I’d highly recommend Taj and PRD Oatley.

Buying a property can be a daunting experience, but Taj made the process far easier than I expected. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful from my first inspection through to the final stages of the purchase. His professionalism and willingness to assist at every step gave me confidence throughout the journey. Thank you, Taj, for your support and for helping me secure my new home

On first meeting I felt totally at ease with Taj Melrose, who listened carefully to any concerns and demonstrated great communication skills, professionalism & market knowledge of my local area. Every step of the way Taj & the PRD team kept me fully aware of interest from potential buyers, numbers who attended open house, etc. Service was great right up to the auction day when Taj was with me by phone, as I was unable to attend in person and he walked me through every bid that was made and the full process right up to successfully selling our family property. I could not be more satisfied with Taj & the PRD Oatley team & would recommend them to all thinking of selling their property.
