I recently sold my unit through Michelle at Roger Mickhail Property. I found her to be very thorough with her knowledge of the market and she explained the whole process of selling in a way that made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Michelle was honest about the property value from the outset and explained all the fees and charges upfront. I received in weekly updates on how many people attended the opens, how many email and phone enquiries she received etc so she kept me in the loop during the whole sales campaign. My unit sold over the reserve at Auction and I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone.

Jackson was professional and easy to deal with, he was able to show the property with ease. There was never any pressure to make an offer which was great. We did however find as buyers the agent to not have a personal touch, for example we had to chase up the agent to confirm when we could get the keys (there was a 4 hr delay in settlement), it would have been nice to have had a call. Also the only time we spoke to Jackson on the phone was during negotiations. Their support team were able to follow up on questions we had for the vendor during cooling off period. Overall they are a professional team, I would not discount using them in the future.
