Very happy to give 5 stars. You know how sometimes you meet people who are really good at their jobs? Well, Jay was born to be an agent! In a two word description - Jay is a "Great Guide" - she was excellent in helping us navigate the purchasing process.

On top of everything and keeping me well informed and sorting any problems. Could call her anytime with concerns which were addressed straight away. She was also very friendly, personable and approachable. A pleasure to deal with.

He explained the process step-by-step and he communicated regularly as things progressed.
